Ethical training for all Romanyk Consulting employees is required and included in the company’s training regimen. Employee completion and yearly follow-up training sessions are incorporated into RCC policies and procedures.
As a federal contractor, Romanyk Consulting and our employees must acknowledge their understanding and compliance to the Code of Ethics policy as well as the Code of Conduct and Business Standards. The attached PowerPoint is a portion of the training all employees complete as part of the RCC team.
