As an independent consultant and president of his own firm, Romanyk Consulting Corporation (RCC), Nick Romanyk has worked for the last 15 years with numerous healthcare and non-healthcare clientele. He has assisted many healthcare organizations around the world and some of the nation's leading laboratories in reengineering their processes and flow throughout their organization. As an expert in healthcare planning analysis, he has teamed with many organizations to analyze and plan for their future healthcare needs by performing in depth analysis that looks at demographics, demand, market share, workload, and space plan development.
His practice is centered upon assisting organizations with operational cost efficiency measures and strategic market analysis such as:

Prior to his consulting practice, Nick held several administrative positions for a major for-profit hospital corporation.
He holds a master's degree from the University of Texas at El Paso in Industrial Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin. |
