Over the span of his career, Paul Chappell has planned and designed thoughtful, highly efficient working environments for many clients. He achieved this through understanding the science of how people work within their physical space, available technology, and how process and flow is perceived by the public. When evaluating the success of any construction project, a positive experience for all who encounter a process, a space, or an event is the main objective.  Equally important, and included in his definition of project management, are the financial implications that go along with all projects. Paul has established a reputation for achieving the above results within his clients’ budgets. His experience and practice is focused on assisting organizations with the following:

Paul has accumulated over 25 years in building design and construction experience with the last 15 years focused on health care.  He has led planning and design efforts for both for profit and not-for-profit Health Care clients, which included management of the firms’ architectural team(s) and their consultants.  This included architectural planning, schematic design, design development, contract documentation, bidding, and construction administration phases for clients across the United States.
