Over the last 13 years Steve Engel has worked with numerous organizations on process re-engineering, project management, software development and implementation, strategic market analysis, as well as operational cost reduction and procedural efficiency improvements. He specializes in areas of:

Additionally, he is skilled at improving the data integrity of large databases as well as assisting in the design and execution of data sets and RDBMS solutions. His work at a large telecommunications incumbent local exchange carrier involved process re-engineering alongside software systems implementation to realize over $3 million in annual savings to their bottom line. He has been engaged to provide leadership and guidance in the area of data migration and integration from varying and disparate systems to large ERP systems. Furthermore, he has held administrative positions, the latest as Director of Products, Technology, Professional Services, and Program Management for a major telecommunications software corporation. In this role, Steve coordinated all customer and vendor relationships as well as directed the teams responsible for integration and implementation for projects worldwide.
Steve served in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged at the rank of Staff Sergeant. He was a flight line maintenance supervisor and was red "X" certified in multiple aircraft systems.
He currently holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, from the University of Texas at El Paso. |
