Solution
Romanyk Consulting Corp. (RCC) created an interactive multi-media approach for participants to develop and demonstrate a command over business English. Our program utilizes structured lessons and is focused on a student-based learning model to insure that each participant can achieve their desired level of fluency. The Business English Training Program incorporates videoconferencing technology, onsite instructors, as well as in-depth material covering reading comprehension, professional presentations, critical thinking, business simulations, and many additional business English themes.
Benefits/Outcome
Over the past year RCC has provided business English training to individuals at Zain Iraq. We have supported businesses aspiring to operate in the global marketplace which involves a growing need for English language fluency. RCC has moved more than 100 successful students through at least one level of the programs training. Zain Iraq is part of Zain Group which is 22 operations in the middle east and Africa and represents 99 different nationalities. English is the language of business and the common vehicle by which the operations communicate. The English program has allowed communications to reach further into the Zain Iraq organization and has increased its visibility in the larger corporate environment. Zain Iraq is now the 2nd largest operation in the entire Group.
