The behaviors and actions of leaders within an organization inspire, support, enable, and promote the critical resource of any organization, people. Zain Iraq felt an opportunity was present to further develop current leaders within the organization as well as enhance upcoming personnel's leadership skills. The organization realized executive missions entail quality leadership for execution of essential goals and wanted to empower their leaders with tools for achievement.
Solution
Zain Iraq asked SLMM International, international partner of Romanyk Consulting Corp. (RCC), to conduct a leadership training course. The learning objectives within Zain Iraq's training offered solutions to the main obstacles of effective leadership. Understanding and application of a range of leadership skills as well as leadership styles enhanced participants' knowledge and tools for effective leadership.
