Challenge
The executive team at Zain Iraq believed opportunities existed to improve management team skills and proficiency. The management team of Zain Iraq encountered unique challenges in scope of work as well as political and security instability. To prepare for future company interests, management training was endorsed in preparation for challenges of tomorrow.
Solution
Zain Iraq contacted SLMM International, the international partner of Romanyk Consulting Corp. (RCC), to facilitate a management training program. The program objectives focused on enabling the management team and addressing executive team concerns. Our team provided training on individual, team, and employee time management. Additional instruction provided the management team with a clear understanding of budget planning and employee performance planning.
Benefits/Outcome
Management team members received the tools and training to be better equipped to manage change as well as the unexpected. Participants felt confident and capable in completing business plans, budgets, and performance evaluations for employees. Additional synergistic benefits
were realized by the gathering of the management team in their exposure to the duties and responsibilities of other departmental managers. All participants agreed that the management training would improve both productivity and employee satisfaction.
