Challenge
Zain Iraq believed project management training efforts had the ability to significantly increase leadership skills focused on execution of successful mission-essential projects. Rapid expansion enabled Zain Iraq to grow from resources within the company. Yet, project management techniques and tools were required to increase project implementation as well as operational performance. The management team desired training that would enable planning, monitoring, as well as execution of the various projects within the organization.
