Romanyk Consulting Corp. (RCC) is proud of the working relationship we have established with Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 7: The Southeast Network. The United States Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) provides important services for nearly 23 million Veterans in our country. VISN 7 is a network of VA facilities within the states of Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina providing services for the 1.6 million veterans within their network.
We have been engaged to provide a health care market level demand analysis and workload allocation modeling effort as well as a staffing/comparative assessment across the VISN. In addition, we also have been tasked to provide facility master plans for all the main VA hospital campuses within the network. VISN 7 has 10 VA campus hospitals and over 75 additional sites of care. All the above efforts have been collaborative with VISN 7 and facility leadership. We have developed proprietary and patent pending health care solutions that are custom to VISN 7 needs.
The primary goal of our collaborative efforts is to discover solutions as well as opportunities to improve or better manage health care workload, patient/operational flow, and gaps in health care coverage through identified initiatives across the sites of care within VISN 7. All work is aimed to improve the Veterans experience, staff and facility efficiencies, as well VISN 7's strategic plan at a department, facility, and VISN-wide level.
