Several tools are used by RCC in strategic planning to add value for our clients, including workshops, interviews, and SWOT analysis to name a few. One key tool within the process is the Balance Scorecard. The Balance Scorecard is a graphical representation of your strategic plan indicating forces that impact or interact with each other. It is used to develop indicators that allow everyone a quick understanding of the current situation of your organization on a monthly basis, both internally and externally.
