Telecom Basics Training

Romanyk Consulting Corp. (RCC) offers classes in telecom basics training with a specialized focus on executive management. Our course is offered exclusively to our telecommunications clients and is constructed to address the specific needs of the telecommunication industry. Classes cover a range of key topics with emphasis on the principals, habits and techniques for execution. 

The Telecom Basics Training course is a compilation of 10 classes. The first 3 classes cover Sig Sigma introduction, Steven Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, and time management. Skills developed here comprise an introduction to the strategic component, tactical component, and technical tools of Six Sigma implementation. Additionally, participants reflect on their own personal management skills alongside time management proficiency. Understanding and preparation for practical application is explored with emphasis placed on professional balance and the difference between effectiveness and efficiency.

The next classes provided by RCC center on translating strategy to execution, operational process consulting, and basics of telecommunication. Participants discover the techniques for implementation as well as tools to ensure ongoing success. Classes are customized to the participant's specific needs and application. Operational process consulting addresses the interviewing and initial process mapping of a department. Process flows, standard operating procedure outlines, as well as a recommended implementation plan is further explored. The basic of telecommunications class covers the history of telecommunications, current market state and technology, as well as future of the industry.
