Performed as a Task Order under an IDIQ contract with the OCFM Central Office, Romanyk Consulting Corporation (RCC) conducted a Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of fifteen (15) VA Hospitals located within VISN 2. The assessment consisted of approximately 13,682,281 gross square feet and 443 buildings. The RCC team provided hands-on inspections of the technical and physical aspects (Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Vertical Transportation) and performed tours, interviews, inspections, and research at each location.

FCA’s were conducted at the following sites:

1. Buffalo VA Medical Center (Buffalo, NY)

2. Syracuse VA Medical Center (Syracuse, NY)

3. Northport VA Medical Center (Northport, NY)

4. St. Albans VA Medical Center (Queens, NY)

5. Samuel S. Stratton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (Albany, NY)

6. Margaret Cochran Corbin VA Campus (New York, NY)

7. Canandaigua VA Medical Center (Canandaigua, NY)

13. Lyons VA Medical Center (Lyons, NJ)

After a thorough visual inspection of the technical and physical conditions of VA Medical Center facilities, the RCC team updated the existing FCA database and the VA’s Capital Asset Inventory (CAI).
