ABOUT OUR ETHICS

Ethics Statement

Ethics are first and foremost at RCC and facilitate how we function as an organization. Integrity, as well as our high code of ethics, is clear in each and every client relationship we embrace. We understand that the future direction of RCC rests not only on the skills and knowledge of our people, but also on their genuine honesty and moral principles. Our high ethical stance is apparent in the relationships we have with:

  • Current clientele

  • Fellow colleagues

  • Potential clients

  • Communities we serve

RCC was established on principles of ethics and integrity and we continue to grow today with that same foundation.

Ethical Compliance

Ethical training for all RCC employees is required and included in the company’s training program. Employee completion and yearly follow-up training sessions are incorporated into RCC policies and procedures.

As a federal contractor, RCC and our employees must acknowledge their understanding and compliance to the Code of Ethics policy as well as the Code of Conduct and Business Standards. The attached PowerPoint is a portion of the training all employees complete as part of the RCC team.
