NICK ROMANYK, LSSBB
President & CEO
Nick is an innovative and results-driven leader. He has extensive recent experience leading a team to perform a “fresh look” analysis of the health care for Veterans in the entire Pacific region for the VA Sierra Pacific Network (VISN 21) and VAPIHCS. He developed a patent-pending Workload Allocation Model (WAM) process used in allocating and reallocating the workload across multiple facilities in order to improve the access for our veterans. Nick holds a Master of Science – Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor of Science – Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Vice President - National Director of Facility Services and Special Studies
Jeff has over 34 years of experience in the construction, planning and operations of Healthcare Facilities, primarily in the federal sector. As Senior Practice Leader for Facilities and Planning, he leads Romanyk Consulting Corporation in a wide range of healthcare related planning, design, and facilities related services and has extensive government related experience. Jeff is recognized under ASHE as a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager and achieved government recognized project management certification at the senior FAC-PPM level.
REBECCA OLSON, AIA, ACHA, NCARB, LEED AP
Vice President Practice Leader - Healthcare Design
Rebecca brings 30+ years of experience as a licensed architect specializing in the design of healthcare facilities. As the Practice Leader for Healthcare Design at Romanyk Consulting Corp. (RCC), she oversees all architectural, engineering, planning, and interior design services RCC offers to our clients. Her experience includes working with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Mayo Clinic, University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, and the University of Maryland Medical Systems. Not only is Rebecca NCARB and American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) Certified, she is also a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
JEFF SAGE, CFM
QA/QC Manager and Senior Consultant
Jeff manages the firm's Quality Assurance/Quality Control program. He works with project teams to review all project submissions prior to being submitted to our clients. He is a Senior Healthcare Facility Engineer with experience in multi-site healthcare facility operations. He has 38 years of federal service that includes 25 years as a VA Chief Engineer/Facility Manager. As a Certified Facility Manager (CFM), he is knowledgeable in all aspects of professional engineering, construction management and facility management operations. He brings to the team experience with physical security, environmental management, industrial hygiene, emergency preparedness, energy management, police and security, production/delivery, retail operations and logistics/distribution.
LUCAS MILLER, PMP, LSSBB
Practice Manager – Delivery Network Planning
As a consultant and Delivery Network Planning Practice Manager for RCC, Lucas Miller has a diverse skill set and array of work experience working with healthcare and non-healthcare clientele. He has provided consulting services that have supported success in both the private and public sector. Prior engagements he has been involved with have focused efforts on healthcare demographic and demand analysis, project management, strategic planning and implementation, capital and facility master planning, operational assessments, as well as process re-engineering and improvement.
Chief Financial Officer
Tisha is a management and financial professional with more than 26 years of experience. As Romanyk Consulting’s Chief Financial Officer, she reports directly to Nick Romanyk, the firm's President/CEO. Tisha's daily tasks include strategic and business planning, government contract administration, human resources, and financial management. Her experiences in both the finance and healthcare arenas have made her into the dedicated, efficient, and effective professional she is today. She has always been an active volunteer, offering up her management and financial services to many great organizations.
ANN SEIBERT, CPSM
Business Development Manager
Ann has been marketing professional services within the design and construction industry since 1996. She directs RCC's overall national business development and marketing strategies with the goal to diversify and expand the firm's markets. Currently, RCC works predominately with the Department of Veteran Affairs designing and engineering a variety of healthcare projects, including: outpatient clinics, hospital renovations, laboratories, specialty clinics, and other healthcare-related projects. The firm also works in other areas of the federal sector and is looking to work more actively in the Department of Defense, Indian Health Service, GSA and the Department of Homeland Security.
